Composite construction
A combination of carbon fiber, aramid materials, and a structural frame designed to provide the required rigidity and strength.
Autoclave molding
Manufacturing using composite prepregs processed under high temperature, pressure, and vacuum in an autoclave to create a strong, high-quality composite structure.
Polycentric hinge
A multi-axis hinge system engineered to align the movement of the brace with the natural kinematics of the knee joint.
Custom fit
Each pair is manufactured from digital models created using 3D scans of the athlete’s legs, taking individual anatomical characteristics into account.
Adjustable extension limitation
The ability to adjust the knee extension limit according to the athlete’s individual requirements and riding style.
